My parents come from Portugal and I live in Brixton. My favourite music is R&B, Drill, Rap, Afro Beat. Portuguese and Spanish music is played at my home. My favourite subjects at school are music and history. I started playing the violin at the age of 4, and my younger sister also plays the violin. When I leave school, I want to be a musician. My most memorable experience with LMM would be playing at the LMM 10th Anniversary Showcase at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, and when I did a work experience placement at their office. Another memorable experience was meeting famous violinist Maxim Vengerov. I feel more educated after learning an instrument. Learning music has helped to keep me focused on my studies.
