Many Voices: The Toolkit

Young people are not burdened by fear of breaking convention – instead, led by genuine curiosity and imagination, they might venture into most unexpected areas in music and performance.

If you’re a music leader interested in creating new ensemble music together with young people in your community, then Many Voices: The Toolkit is for you, enabling musical experiences like never before. Every music leader and their setting is different, so there’s an infinite number of creative processes you could use to make music with others. This toolkit won’t have all the answers, but it will set you on your co-creation journey, and it will tell you a few things we’ve learned through our own.
We’ve also linked to some valuable resources throughout that might help you to plan your project in even more detail, or support you in areas where you want to feel more confident. We encourage you to explore and then to get in touch to let us know what the plans are for your project. We can help celebrate your work and continue to champion co-creation across the UK. Let’s make great music together.
