In 2007, Victoria Robey founded Music Masters, together with Itzhak Rashkovsky, and was its Chief Executive until 2013. In addition to continuing to serve on the Music Masters Board, she is Chairman of the London Philharmonic Orchestra and a Trustee of the Royal Philharmonic Society. She served for ten years (2007-17) as a Council member of the Royal College of Music, was a member of the Mayor’s Music Education Steering Committee and was previously a Trustee of the Foundling Museum. Victoria also currently serves on the Board of Directors at Sphinx Organization.
Victoria was educated in the US (Phillips Academy, Andover and Wesleyan University) and began her professional career in Mergers and Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs. She subsequently joined Russell Reynolds Associates and, after then taking up post graduate studies at the Courtauld Institute, worked at the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art.
Victoria was awarded an OBE for services to music in June 2014 and a CBE in 2024. Victoria was also awarded an HonRCM from the Royal College of Music in 2018.
