Sue-In Kang is a London-based violinist and sound artist from South Korea. She has performed with leading classical ensembles including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra, Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra, and the Verbier Festival Orchestra. Trained initially as a professional violinist, Sue has expanded into an interdisciplinary practice exploring experimental music and the relationship between sound, movement, and space. Her current work focuses on spatial music and improvisational performance, combining sound and bodily movement through creative technologies. She studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, the Royal College of Music, and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Since completing a PGCEi in 2023, she has developed a strong passion for music and violin education, integrating pedagogy into her artistic practice.
