Roz graduated in music from King’s College London, specialising in composition. She started her career in classical music artist management, supporting the work of musical artists and composers including Sir Peter Maxwell Davies. A move into the music education sector saw her lead the development of a London state primary school’s innovative music programme, including the planning, fundraising and construction of a designated music centre for the school and community. After five years as Learning Director, Roz became Music Masters’ Chief Executive Officer in 2020.

Roz is a trustee of Britten Sinfonia, trustee and Vice Chair of Chamber Music Scotland, and trustee of Tower Hamlets-based charity the Manorfield Charitable Foundation. She holds a Certificate in Fundraising from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and the Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring with the Institute of Leadership & Management. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with the Stamford Chamber Orchestra and helping her children in their own musical learning.
