Before joining Music Masters, she spent over a decade at Liberty, where she led a team that boosted income, expanded membership, and built lasting partnerships.

Inspired by her son’s growing love for music and seeing the transformational impact of music education firsthand, Pippa joined Music Masters. She’s passionate about bringing people together, creating opportunities, and making a real impact.
