Nathan joined the Development team in summer 2023, leading on trusts and foundations as well as working with sources of corporate giving and other support. He joined the Music Masters team after a few years working across the music sector, including in record labels and live promoters, gaining plenty of fundraising experience along the way. He grew up playing music, studying it to degree level and continues to play and get involved with grassroots music alongside his career.
