Marc has been a partner at Sidley Austin LLP, an international law firm, since 1995. He is a US-qualified lawyer based in London, and advises on corporate and commercial transactions, including issues of restructuring and insolvency. Marc is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Harvard Law School. He is a former violin student, and also the parent of two student violinists, one of whom hopes to play professionally.
