Cedric has a diverse range of experiences, graduating in history from the LSE, he originally worked across the corporate and start up world before completing his PGCE in history from Oxford University and working as a history teacher. Cedric then moved into the charity space, working to deliver programmes across the UK that developed oracy skills among young people. Cedric is committed to work that helps young people fulfil their potential, and is passionate about the role that music can play in that.
