Our thanks this week go to Stephen and Vanessa Gilbert, and everyone at The Worshipful Company of Plaisterers for welcoming us as their charity of the year and for so warmly entertaining us last week at Plaisterers Hall. The Livery Dinner was also attended by our Founder-Director Lady Victoria Robey OBE, Trustee, James Joseph and Graduate Ambassador Betania Johnny, who gave a simply wonderful performance of Mozart’s Violin Concerto in G Major with Elgar’s Salut D’Amour as an encore. Head of Schools and Creative Programmes Daf Evans said “We’re so grateful for the warm welcome, as well as the support from Stephen and Vanessa this year. I’m positive their members got a great taste for everything we achieve as a charity through Betania’s performance.” We’ve got lots more amazing events and fundraising activities lined up in collaboration with The Worshipful Company of Plaisterers over the next year and look forward to sharing more news soon.
