Alicia Swannell is a senior advisory lawyer at the Ministry of Justice. Prior to joining the public sector, she trained and worked as a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Eversheds. Having attended Junior Trinity College of Music and gained a music scholarship to the Kings School, Canterbury, she was introduced to the lifelong benefits of a music education. She is still an enthusiastic amateur and enjoys playing flute and percussion with several orchestras in her spare time.
