Announcing Roz De Vile as new Chief Executive of London Music Masters
London Music Masters is delighted to announce Roz De Vile as the new Chief Executive of London Music Masters, effective from 1st September, as Rob Adediran steps down after seven years in the role to pursue a new career in diversity and inclusion leadership, with an initial role in the engineering sector.

Please see below the announcement from our Chair of Trustees Simon Freakley.

“The Trustees and I are delighted to announce Roz De Vile as the new Chief Executive of London Music Masters. Roz has been an exceptional leader within LMM for the past five years and has grown our work in schools, teacher training, commissioning and curriculum development with incredible skill, bringing innovation to every aspect of her work. Her previous roles at the groundbreaking Gallions Primary School in East London, and in artist management at Intermusica have brought a depth of insight to her work, which is widely respected across the industry. She is one of the most creative and committed leaders working in music education today with a compelling vision for LMM’s role in shaping music education in the UK.

As Chief Executive, Roz will be responsible for delivering our strategy “Excellence for Everyone” and leading the LMM team to adapt and adjust our work in response to the effects of COVID-19. I look forward to working with her in the coming years as, in these most challenging of times, we face up to the critical task of ensuring creativity and culture remain in the hands of children and young people from all backgrounds.

Together with the board I extend my sincere thanks to Rob Adediran, who steps down after seven years as executive director. He wrote and delivered the organisation’s first two business plans and under his leadership, LMM has grown and thrived. A recognized leader in diversity and inclusion within the music sector, Rob has been a pioneer for inclusive leadership and we wish him the very best as he pursues his future career.”
Simon Freakley, Chair of Trustees
