Shaun Bailey

Shaun Bailey was elected as a Londonwide Assembly Member in May 2016. Prior to joining the London Assembly Shaun stood as parliamentary candidate for Hammersmith in the 2010 General Election.  He has advised several Government ministers and was special advisor on crime and youth welfare issues for the Prime Minister from 2010 to 2013.  In addition, he is a Research Fellow for the Centre for Policy Studies. Shaun comes from a youth and community work background, and has been involved with a wide variety of community and youth development organisations across London and worldwide, with a focus on housing and health.
