What is the Independent Route?
The I’M IN Independent Route provides your organisation with access to I’M IN and supporting resources via Music Masters’ I’M IN Hub. This route supports organisations to have good discussions around Diversity & Inclusion and creates an opportunity to bring together key stakeholders for open conversations with no outside pressure.

My team worked together using I’M IN as a discussion aid around equality, diversity and inclusion across a few months. The I’m In structure worked brilliantly and prompted a lot of really useful discussion. It helped us to see what we’re doing well, where and how we might improve, and raised lots of things we hadn’t thought about. I felt it had a really positive impact on our understanding and approach of EDI.
